Please allow up to 24 hours to process your order. Orders are delivered 2-5 business days from when the order was processed depending on your location.
We offer free shipping on all orders over $85.00 or a flat fee of $8.00 for all orders within Canada.
Upon delivery, if your order appears to be damaged please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@noush.ca in order for us to assist you.
At the moment we do not offer pick up however, we hand deliver orders within the GTA to ensure a more timely service. If you're within the GTA and want to know how quickly you can receive your order, please feel free to send us a direct message on IG (@noush.ca) and we'll get you a quick turnaround time!
Due to the nature of our products, health and beauty products for the safety and the current situation - items can not be exchanged or returned. All sales are final. If there is any issues with the product or if you have any questions please contact us at info@noush.ca.
